Failed enable Personal Hotspot on iphone sx (from macbook pro)

Macbook fails to connect to personal hotspot of an iphone associate with the same apple id .

It will connect to the personal hotspot created by the phone and products publicly after supplying the password.

Both devices are on the same apple ID

Tried reset of network settings on both devices.

Tried resetting and turning off and on wifi and hotspot.

All devices are updated.

Hotspot failed to connect I haven’t been able to connect my MacBook Pro to my iPhone 14 Pro’s hotspot yet. I get “Failed to enable Personal Hotspot” when I try, the hotspot is turned on in my phone settings though. Has anyone else encountered this? Any advice?

MAC connects to my iPhone personal hotspot but des nor coonect to I am able to connect to my iPhone's personal hotspot either through WiFi or USB cable connection. The iPhone indicates that my MACBook Air is connected and when I look at the network settings on the MAC, it also shows that I am connected to my iPhone. Nonetheless, when I try to surf on the Web, I am told that I have no internet connection. This problem occurs with my wife's iPhone as well, suggesting that the problem lies with the MAC. I have checked the Firewall settings and cannot see anything that would cause this problem. Any suggestions where next to look and try?

iPhone Hotspot connection Why won’t my Apple laptop connect to my IPhone hotspot now that I added a password to the hotspot? It keeps saying connection failed without the option of entering the password.
