I have the question. I got the Iwatch Cel series 3. May I use it in Poland or Uganda?

Any cellular Apple Watch can be used with out an cellular plan and it will work the same as a GPS only Apple Watch. A GPS only Apple Watch can do Everything a cellular model can do as long as your iPhone is nearby.
