Excel on ipad

I subscribed Microsoft 365 and downloaded Excel but will not let me build a spreadsheet or let me edit. It tells me to sign in and when I do it still not work.

Are you signing into Excel with your Microsoft 365 account username and password? If so and it still is not working, then you need to contact Microsoft Office support.
