Can't Verify App

I have installed a Profile/Device Management and the app has been working fine.

Now when I try to open the app it says;

"Unable to Verify App... An internet connection is required to verify trust of the developer... "


In Settings it now says;

"An app from developer... is not verified on this iPhone and will not run until it is verified using your network connection"


I have network connection and have been using this app up until now.

When I tap Verify App>Verify nothing happens.


Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having some issues opening an app on your iPhone. I’ll be happy to help with this.


Have you trusted the developer of the app in question? Go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management. Tap the app in question, does it have a prompt to Trust the developer? If so, trust it and try again:


Install custom enterprise apps on iOS


If that doesn’t help, restart your iPhone and try to verify once more. Be sure to try on both cellular data and Wi-Fi. If you’re on Wi-Fi, make sure you’re not on a VPN or captive network as that may cause issues:


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If the issue continues, you may want to remove the app from your iPhone, restart, and install it back on.
