Unable to install apps because “integrity could not be verified”

I am on an IPod and there is no option to verify the profile, nor is there a Profiles and Device management section despite me having a profile in my vpn settings.

It could be because you are not log in to you Apple ID account.

verifying apple id and download apps i have switched from android to iphone. In trying to download apps, the apple ID does not connect me to the store. I have tried several times for the apple ID and i keep entering the asspwords. Downloading apps goes no where for hours and no success.
