With 13.2, can multiple users use the 'personal requests' feature on HomePod?

I figured out how to do this with my phone, but not my wife's phone. In fact, siri doesn't even recognize her voice. But either way.... is this even possible? I know it wasn't before.

HomePod personal requests issues Whenever I’m at home and I ask my HomePod for a personal request the HomePod asks who is speaking and then tells me that it doesn’t recognize me and asks me to turn on personal requests in the device properties which is done already. HomePod and iPad I can’t get Siri to answer personal requests on HomePod mini with my iPad. I don’t have an iPhone and that makes her answer that my iPhone is not nearby…make sure it’s powered on etc. I turned on requests but no joy. It will not work unless you have a phone. It let me set it up with the iPad, why won’t it let me get personal requests with it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
