Two lines on one device makes my cellular data line crashes

Hi there, I hope that I can describe my problem properly so that somebody can help me with it.

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and i`m using two lines (one of them is eSim and the other one is a normal Sim card).

since I started to use these two lines together i noticed that my internet connection on my primary data plan line is dropping and sometimes the connection is terribly slow.

has anyone encountered this problem before? please help. thanks!

Note: Data switching is off. and all proper settings to prevent the other line from connection is set. the eSim line is only for receiving calls.

Hello alrefa3ie,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. From your message I understand that the cellular data performance of your iPhone is slow when you’re using the dual SIM feature.

Check out the troubleshooting steps in this article for help with the performance of your iPhone 11 Pro Max, as well as what to do if you find you need more assistance: About iOS performance on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Cheers!
