Invalid Account - You cannot use this account to share purchases because it is disabled.

Why all of a sudden did I get this message after my wife invited me to join the family share plan?

Apple ID is locked or disabled


If you have changed your ID or password, have you followed the steps in this article?


What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     


 Apple ID disabled - Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes


If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
