Hotspot slider button on my iPhone disappeared

Okay, I asked, "Do you still show Personal Hotspot under Settings? If yes, when you tap on that do you see a slider saying, "Allow Others to Join?" You said, "Yes to both of your questions." Which would mean you have the slider. So which is it?
If the slider is grayed out contact your cell provider and make sure your iPhone is provisioned properly. Also do you have a work email account on this iPhone?

There is no slider bar which is the issue. I have personal and business emails.
I have the slider to allow others to join. The hotspot slider which was normally on the top of that screen is gone so no I don’t have the Hotspots slider to turn it on
No, it has been replaced by that slider.
