Can't Delete Bluetooth Devices

For some odd reasons some bluetooth devices appear to be connected to my Macbook, when they actually are not. When I select disconnect nothing happens, and when I select remove device, they don't disappear. What can I do to remove this devices?

This morning it has happened more times than I can count, perhaps 30 or 40 times in the space of 15 minutes. Trying to participate in a Zoom meeting is impossible! I tried to delete the com.apple.Bluetooth.plist, so I could restart and have it install a new file, but it keeps telling me I don't have permissions to move it to the trash, even though I absolutely DO have permissions as confirmed in the info!

Macbook won't see any bluetooth devices. For some reason, my Mac has stopped letting me connect new bluetooth devices. I was having issues with a headset, removed it from the Mac bluetooth list to reset everything, and now it doesn't show up on the available devices to connect to the Mac. I just did the same thing with another headset, and, while the headset isn't connected to any other device, the Mac won't pick up the headset now that I removed it from the list. I've toggled the bluetooth on and off on the Macbook itself, and, still, if I didn't already connect the device, it won't pick up any other device. Any suggestions on how to get the Macbook to see devices that I'd removed from the list? Advanced menu doesn't help at all.
