2019 16" MacBook Pro audio popping

My audio is making popping sounds when fast-forwarding video content on YouTube, or a locally installed application like Quicktime or IINA. When I hit the arrow to fast forward, there's a pop.

It's relatively minor and only happens in that one specific scenario. But curious if anyone else is experiencing it.

Same to me . Popping sound when forwarding YouTube and a few other apps.

hope apple address this soon.

( there’s a temp fix you can do in the meantime .

open QuickTime

file >new recording

then minimize the QuickTime window without hitting the red record button.

this stops the clicking in other apps as long as open)
