Does anyone know if Apple is fixing this? Yes, it is a problem with many phones. Apple what are you doing? Admit their is a problem and fix it please. Very annoying.

You are not addressing Apple here, this is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. You can try creating a current backup of your device and then restore to that backup. I've not experienced a problem, nor has anyone that I know. That does not mean that you are not having an issue, but it is harder to diagnose a problem when there is a small subset of users experiencing a problem. Remember, given the number of iPhone sold, even if 1000 people were experiencing an issue, that is a very small percentage of the total number of devices out there.
