No matter what I’m looking at my phone keeps scrolling to the top. I can’t even read things with out it scrolling back up in its own. I have tried hard reset ll ready with no luck. Hard to even write this response with out going haywire.

It seems touch is broken.

I have no repair centers even close to me. It seams that many have this issue but no solution.
