iPhone X glitching
My phone regularly glitches where for example, it scrolls down webpages on its own. I have restored the phone and removed screen protector and cover but it’s still happening.
can anyone offer any advice please?

It appears that your iPhone X’s display / touch screen is failing. Check to see if your iPhone X qualifies for Apple’s ➔ iPhone X Display Module Replacement Program. If it qualifies then the article has information on next steps.
If your iPhone X does not qualify for the above program then have it examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for diagnosis and resolution.
