Iphone 8 Device Info Number incorrect

Hi, Can some one give me an idea on how to change the phone number in Device Info, I cant get Imessage to work with my correct number. I have recently upgraded to a 8 and transferred my number using the normal PAC number, my provider completed with out issue. I cant update the number in the device INFO so when I send an imessage the original number appears on the receiver?

I have tried all that i can on here so far my details are all correct on my Apple ID just cant get the phone ID number to change?????
