Use the following from If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

and click on the words "contact Apple Support" below:

If you followed the steps above and you didn't find out why you were charged, contact Apple Support.

I have tried that and i can't get pass the password screen. I have rest my password 3 times. i am getting very mad and i am thinking about canceling everything. I NEED HELP
