Messages in iCloud is currently disabled
I've recently sent my iPhone 7 back to get repaired under the "No Service" factory recall. It's back and I was able to restore most of my data from my iCloud backup. I'm not running into issues when I pull up my texts. I'm getting "Messages in iCloud is currently disabled." I'm still getting this after doing all the suggested steps. I've tried:
- Turning iMessage off, reboot, then turn it on again. Hitting "Repair Account" shows "Repairing iCloud Account, this may take a few minutes" for a few seconds, then goes back to "Repair Account". I've hit this at least twice after every step listed below.
- Signing out of my iCloud account, reboot, sign into my iCloud account.
- Turning iMessage off, sign out of my iCloud account, reboot, sign into my iCloud account, turn on iMessage.
- Reset my network settings, then tried ALL of the steps above. Still nothing.
If I have to factory reset this phone again I'm going to flip my lid. Please help.
