Change BOOKS default opening apps

MacBook has an app called "Books". In earlier version of this software, I can open a PDF stored in it with my customized app, such as "PDF Reader". I have to say, it is really good to read pdf materials in "PDF Reader " and open these files from "Books" which I treat it as a perfect warehouse to keep my electronic books.

NOW, I CANNOT DO THIS. Every Time I click my pdf labels, the system will open the file with "Preview" which is another MacBook original app. And I cannot customize it and open it with my way, even if I tried to "changeAll" PDF default opening app.

I EXPECT next system upgrade could bring this function back.
