how i can see subtitles on apple tv app on samsung smart tv 4

the apple tv app has subtitles settings but not running 😒

Turn on subtitles and closed captioning - Apple TV App User Guide - Apple Support

During playback, press the down button on the smart TV or streaming device remote to show the Subtitles pane, then select an option.
