TrueDepth Camera (front) not working on my first day phone.

My brand new iPhone11, on first day, have a problem with its TrueDepth sensor. Yesterday night, I set my phone up with transfering data from old to new iPhone. I set FaceID up, it worked well, also Portraid mode was OK on both (front&back) cameras, but today; I woke up and realised that FaceID not working. Reset my FaceID and tried to set up again but it wasn’t detecting depth... Tried portraid mode, it says “keep away”, portrait mode isn’t working too...

I got no case, no screen cover..
Screen is fully clean, cleaned sensors side too
Not damaged, It is not even half day of usage
Shared device’s diagnostic with Apple, nothing wrong with it
Shot down and re-started phone, still having same problem
Reseting all settings didn’t solve problem

There has to be something else with it but changing device...

I wonder why you are here?

Make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.

They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.

FYI, this is a user to user technical forum.

I wonder why you want to doctor your iPhone.

Since your iPhone is new, you have warranty and should let Apple look at it.

It will not be better the longer you wait.

Again, I would let Apple look at it and maybe get a new one instead of trying this or that.

I’m so far away from the closest genius bar. AppleSupport advised to change device but I think there has to be something missing, it was working fine, only one night, and gone. I’m looking if anyone here had same issue, or have an idea what should be done...

As a user, I’m asking if any user has a technical problem like that, clear? If you don’t, its ok. Some specific problems might have specific solutions that a customer care assistant have never met but users...

I see your point, while I have a right for replacement but it will suffer me to wait at least 3-4 days phoneless (as Apple Support claims). Things are strange here in Turkey, thats why I try my best (Apple should, instead) but it seems I’ll have to go for a replacement... Thanks
