iPod shuffle 2nd Gen compatible with iTunes
Is the iPod shuffle 2nd Gen compatible with the latest versions of iTunes (12.10). Doesn’t seem to work after upgrading

The iPod shuffle is still compatible with iTunes 12.10 on a Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 PC as mentioned here:

I suggest trying the troubleshooting suggestions in the resource below, starting with page 23:
