Screen goes blurry

I'm a new Apple Watch user and I cannot find anything about this searching "Communities."

Sometime my watch face just goes blurry for a few seconds (never more than a minute!). Then, it returns to normal. When its blurry all I can read is a digital clock - not a normal clock face.

My watch has cellular if that makes any difference . . .

Should I worry?

Hmmm . . . I tried the reset and the watch is still doing it! Almost always happens when I am looking at or working with a text. I live in a pretty rural area and my cell coverage isn't so great. Thinking that might have an impact. I do have good Wi-Fi though and it is still doing it.

Here is a picture of what the screen looks like (screen shot's don't work when this is happening!)

Try a forced reset;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.If this doesn't work I would take it to an apple store, if your still under warranty,you have 14 days from date of purchase to swap it for a new one or a refund.
