Apple Pay with REI USBAnk Mastercard

Woke up this morning to a system message on my phone saying that this card the REI Co-op Master card is no longer valid. I have all latest updates and yesterday activated family sharing, disabled family sharing but still nothing, removed card from apple pay, added again to wallet, try to select it and it no longer shows in the list of cards I can use. Called US Bank and they say card looks fine on their end, any ideas what might be going on, did APPLE screw up another update and now MasterCards are not working? all my other cards are fine.

UPDATE: After hours on the phone and being triaged through countless departments come to find out that the card had been mysteriously "banned" from iTunes, the rep could not see a reason why, so they re-instated the card.
