Trouble with Canon scanner in Catalina

I'm havind trouble digitalizing in Canon MG3010. The printer works with driver for older softwares, but not the scanner. Some communication problem. Will you develop some updates to resolve this king of trouble. I'm an illustrator and depend on it to work.

Catalina has been out of beta and in full release for over a month now. What you are seeing is something Apple has been warning about for over a year now:

Catalina stopped support for many old drivers. I just checked Canon's web site and see that that is a fairly old printer and it is likely Canon will not release a newer version of the driver. Unfortunately the only solutions are to revert your computer to an older operating system or buy a printer with drivers updated to work with Catalina.
