iMessage issue after porting my number
Hi, so I moved network and the number ported over at 9am Monday morning, I got a text at 10am to say the port was complete. But when I send iMessages or try FaceTime it’s using the temp number I was giving. When I go into messages in the setting the temp number and my email are the only things showing, the number that I’m keeping isn’t there! Anybody know how I fix this? I’ve done a soft reset (with iMessage and FT turned off) and I reset network settings and I’ve turned off iMessage and FT and turned the phone off for 5-10 mins and still nothing. I have contacted the new network provider and they say because the port is showing as complete, they can’t do anything! Any help would be appreciated.
