I am not able to use touch id function while unlocking iPhone. The alert message show me that unable to use touch id for this device . Please revert on arjent basis

That explains it then. Touch ID will never work on that phone again.
Apple does not sell iPhone parts.
You'll have to use it without Touch ID or buy a new phone. Apple won't touch that one now that it's been tampered with.
If the display was replaced by an unauthorized 3rd party, Touch ID will never work for that device again.

Well, something was broken when the display was replaced. There is no way to fix it unless Apple replaced the display.
