macOS High Sierra file in appstore is damaged?

Trying to update from OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 to macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 on my MacBook Pro (late 2011) as this should be the latest version of OS available for my MacBook.

However when trying to download this version of High Sierra from AppStore i get a warning that says "this copy of the program install macOS High Sierra is damaged and can not be used to install macOS" ? What is happening??

Delete the downloaded file from either your Downloads or Applications folders. and then try downloading and installing in Safe Mode:
