My bettary health down 4% at 2 mounth although my average screen on is 4 hours at day is that a problem ?

iPhone SE is not the newest.

If your battery health is below 80%, make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.

They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.
