sometimes i see apps downloaded in my phone that I haven’t download myself, i don’t know if my phone’s hacked or what it’s wrong with it but apps download by themselves

Use the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site to review recent purchases on your account. Could you have shared your Apple ID credentials with anyone, signed into your Apple ID on someone else's device, have a lost/stolen device that someone else had got into?
