Photo Organizing In Albums Ipad VS PC

I organized all my photos well on the internet version of icloud on my windows pc. It transfered to my iPad and then i had to troubleshoot my photos on Ipad so i deleted and readded the icloud photos and it started syncing them again. The IPad has updated albums, but the PC Internet does not have the photos organized the way i worked on making them like the Ipad. Is this going to ruin the IPad setup or will it start organizing from the ipad to computer?? I'm lost.

Hello,

Windows does not run Apple’s photos application so it is not possible for you to have your photos organized within iPad to display accordingly on Windows.
