the photos I take look blurry in my photo album but when I zoom in and then zoom out on the photo, it gets clear

I just got an iPhone 11 (just the 11) a week ago, but I noticed that the photos I take look blurry in my photo album but when I zoom in and then zoom out on the photo, it gets clear and the picture looks nice. To take the picture looks like a perfect and clear shot, but when I go to look at it, it looks blurry and not clear until I zoom in then out. Also, they look clear when I post on social media, just not in my photo album. Is that normal? Or do I have to change something in my settings?

You probably have selected Optimise iPhone Storage (Which keeps low resolution photos on iPhone). The original photos are kept on iCloud.

If you select a Photo it will download the original Photo from iCloud and display

Settings > [Tap your name] > iCloud > Photos > Download and Keep Originals [Tick], this will keep original on both iCloud and iPhone.

I followed your steps and saw that Download and Keep Originals is already on. This is an example: The first photo is after I took it and when to my library, it looks blurry and not pretty. The second photo is after zooming in then out, it looks clear, sharp and nice.
