Deactivated iphone x

Hi there,

Somehow, face id is not working and I have forgotten my code for my Iphone X and now it is deactivated and I can´t open it.

I am trying restore it to factory settings, but when I am opening Itunes, entering my apple id and my password, it is sending the 2-factor authentification code to my Iphone, which I can´t open.

What do I do? Please help! :-)

iPhone 11 does not recognized right password after charging battery My iPhone 11 ran out of battery, completely. I plugged it in, it charged for an hour or so and then when I tried to use it (battery still not 100%), it asked me to type in the code (no face ID, as normally after restarting the phone). I typed the code but it didn´t get accepted, several times. I don´t want to type it again, since I don´t want the phone to be completely disabled. I´ve read that the only option is rebooting the phone to factory settings, therefor loosing my information (which is not in icloud not in a computer backup). Any thoughts? Please, please please help.

How to reset my forgotten passcode, device is not recognized by my apple ID Hi all, recently I got a new iphone 11 from my cell phone company, it was unlock but when I started it, ask me to upload my face ID which I did. Then It ask for 6 digit passcode which is also I enter but unfortunately I forgot this number. Now this phone always asking for passcode and I dont get any option for face ID. what should I do now? I tried with Itunes, but This device is not in my device lists.

I have seen this article BUT, when I try to log on to Itunes, entering my ID and password, it is sending the 2-factor authentification code to my Iphone, which is locked, som I can´t see it. And then I can´t log on to Itunes to restore the locked Iphone.

How do I get around that?
