Dreadfull customer service

I paid for Deezer and wasnt able to use it. And there is no way I can reach someone from Apple to help me to solve it

Did you subscribe to Deezer Premium through Apple or through Deezer directly?


If you can't access Deezer Premium purchased through Apple and you have tried to contact Deezer's support team, and they have not helped, request a refund or contact iTunes Support through getsupport.apple.com.


If you subscribed through Deezer, there is nothing that Apple can do regarding this.
