Faced such a problem today, I wanted to pay a donut in the game. Before that, I did not use my region in the app store because in my Russian-speaking region there is no Russian language in the app store. Also, my credit card has enough funds to pay. What could be the problem yet?

App store payment method: Billing address is region locked in a country different to the region I set on my settings In my settings I have chosen France as my region and saved a payment method through the settings. However when I try to update/Install a new app on the app store, I cannot access the payment method which I have saved and it asks me for a new one. THE ISSUE IN THIS IS THAT....
