App store payment method: Billing address is region locked in a country different to the region I set on my settings
In my settings I have chosen France as my region and saved a payment method through the settings. However when I try to update/Install a new app on the app store, I cannot access the payment method which I have saved and it asks me for a new one. THE ISSUE IN THIS IS THAT.... I cannot add a new payment method because the Billing address (REGION) is greyed out and selected to Sri Lanka. How does that make any sense!?!?
I am extremely confused and I haven't been able to update most of my apps for over a month because of this irritating issue.
The first two images attached show the region (France) that I have saved and the saved payment method.
The following two images are what pops up when I try to update/install new apps. The saved payment method is nowhere to be found and for some reason my billing address is in Sri Lanka!??
PLEASE HELP ME I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS!!!!!
