What happened to search section on iTunes store?

Is there a way to search for a song or artist on the latest version of the iTunes store? I don't see a way to search anymore if I wanted to look for a song and buy it that way.

iMac, OS X 10.11

I am also looking for a solution to turn the search back to the way it was. The layout is horrible, I want to see a list where I can then order it by artist, date added etc, not this bulky inefficient mess it is now!

I have search at the upper left of the sidebar in the Music app and it works for me in the iTunes Store on my Mac.

I found a solution! On Itunes go to view, then click show filter field. A search bar similar to the one you are used to will now be there and operates the same way.
