Why are my official wallpapers getting grayish after I set them up?! Colors on the both lock and home screens are not the same as the ones we’re seeing in the settings... Live wallpapers also, when I press the screen it loses it’s vibrancy, gets a bit gray... (iPhone11)

Make an appointment with your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar for an evaluation. Do you have your brightness turned all the way up?
Can you post some screenshots (hiding personal information showing the differences?
Do you have any accessibility settings set?
Colors on the second photo are different, more “dull”... First one is more vibrant... It’s not that I care much about wallpaper itself (even if it is a bit eye-disturbing), I am actually wondering if there is any problem with my screen, or phone...
