how to install catalina 10.15.1

I have Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6. I want to install Catalina 10.15.1 but I need to install first 10.15 version. How to do it if there is no place to find it ....

You don't need 10.15 first.

I tried to install 10.15.1 and there was an error: You need to install 10.15 and then install 10.15.1 :(
