IPad not receiving texts from bank

I suddenly stopped receiving login verification number texts from my bank on my IPad. I receive them on my iPhone though. I recently updated to 13.2.3.

Hello,

Please verify that Messages is enabled on both your iPhone and iPad in Settings > Tap your account > iCloud.

Please verify that iMessage is enabled on your iPhone and iPad in Settings > Messages.

Please verify that Text Message forwarding is enabled on your iPhone in Settings > Messages.

Thanks. It was not enabled on ICloud on the IPad. Apparently the update changed the setting because I haven’t touched those settings since I updated a few days ago.
