Why can’t I get verification codes texts on a new phone?

I switched phones from a 6s to an iPhone 11 and I get all texts but not the verification codes that some websites and apps will send you to confirm it is the same phone number.

I can’t get bank transactions because of this.

I checked in settings and SMS and MMS texts are set as active .

I turned the phone off and on.

i checked by blocked numbers list.

I reset network settings

I called my number provider , they checked signals and no issues there because I receive texts from other people.

I also have the masters software installed in the new phone since I bought it a week ago.

I switched from wifi to LTE signal.

this must be an Apple error

some apps don’t let you do a verification code with emails and switching to email verification codes won’t fix the issue here.

the problem to solve is to get all texts.

Please help me. I need someone’s expertise.
