I do not see in settings where you sign in to the apple account?

The Apple TV app on your iPhone will automatically sign in with the Apple ID of the device.

This includes Apple TV+, and other Apple TV app channels, and the iTunes Store.

So, what are you trying to accomplish?

You posted your question in the Apple TV Hardware community. I was not aware that you were needing help with the Apple TV application. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? As Urquhart1244 stated, Apple TV will be signed in with whatever Apple ID you have signed in on your iPhone.

Does your Apple TV have any profiles installed in Settings > General > Profiles?

If you do not see a Profiles pane in Settings then your device does not have any profiles installed.

You can watch Apple TV content using the Apple TV application on supported devices. If your laptop is not a Macintosh then it does not have the Apple TV application.

If you subscribe to Apple TV+, then you should be able to view Apple TV+ content on a laptop, on the web: https://tv.apple.com/

You can view iTunes Store content in iTunes on your laptop.

It is worth noting that there have been some reports that this website does not function on non Apple devices.
