GarageBand

So I had audio for a project on GarageBand and I listened to it the other night when I woke up to edit it the tracks looked like this _______ and I didn’t know what to do I looked up on YouTube to fix it didn’t work I had a beat it said wasn’t there but I had the beat in my files so this must be some glitch but I don’t know how to fix it I need help it was a song I made and don’t really want to re record if I know there’s a chance it’s still there
