What does 32 GB mean if it’s not internal storage for recordings? How does one (me!) record a program using this streaming device? We signed up for fiber internet and tv from Spectrum. So far so good but what about recording programs? I sure can’t find it. Anyone know how?
One does not record, an Apple TV is a streaming device and does not have the ability to record anything. The 32 GB is used for storing apps, games, etc but not for recording a thing. Why do you feel there is a need to record something from an Apple TV?

Apple TV’s internal storage is only populated by software that you install from the App Store. No model of Apple TV has ever offered a DVR service.
