Can someone please help me because Apple seem like they can’t. I’m trying to update my payment method but it always run into a error before it even loads up. I’ve sent screenshots to me but they keep sending me to the same thing and they don’t understand that it won’t load up because it keeps running into a error

You've tried updating it on both your iOS device and computer's iTunes ? And via : https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage ? If you have, contact Support again
