Not able to update payment method

Getting the below error when I try to update the payment method. Im trying this since 2 days. "Something went wrong.

There was a problem with your request. Please try again."

MacBook Pro 15″, 10.14

See if the read helps. If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201400. There are quite a few Apple server problems currently.

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
