Ip address issue when connecting with ipad

My router is set to 192.168.1.1 however when i connect with my ipad to the broadcasted ssid the ipad will connect to the ssid (any of 4 main or guest ssid’s) and assigns an ip address of 192.168.10.x . It list the dns also as 192.168.10.1 which it is not. I then have to renew lease or reboot and maybe will connect to the correct ip address. I have contacted isp and nighthawk and there is no answer so far.

there is no other device broadcasting in my house. So using the ssid is exclusive to the router.

i am really needing a solution.
