multiple iPhone backup

When I backup my iPhone to my MacBook (running Catalina), only 1 backup is maintained and the latest always overrides the prior. Is there a way to save multiple backups?

There is not automated way for the same iPhone. If you have another iPhone it will create another backup

Copy paste the Back up to another folder on mac or External HDD DO Not remove the Folder

Open Finder - Go - Go To Folder ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

Thanks. So I assume there is no automated way to set it such that it'll save the last 5 backups (for example)?
