When I open Apple TV, “Apple TV+ is here.” displays. I try to click “Continue” with the remote but nothing happens, and Apple TV becomes worthless. How do I get this message off the screen so I can actually use Apple TV? - Frustrated
I spoke with support who told me to unlink the remote - press Menu and left arrow for 6 seconds. Relink with Menu right arrow. That fixed the issue.
