Will Adobe Acrobat Reader DC still work with this most recent upgrade of macOS Catalina 10.15.1 on my imac?
Yes it does. Using it this morning on 10.15.1. Ensure that you keep it current though, whether via its Help menu : Check for Updates, or directly from the official Adobe Reader site.
