Error 19 on Pioneer FH-X720BT

iPod touch model model A1574 (6th gen)

iOS version- 12.4.3

I'm having major problems with my Pioneer car stereo and Error 19 keeps popping up.

What I did as of now...

Restore the iPod that didn't work

I did test out the bluetooth feature and that works fine but I want to go full USB also I haven't replaced the cable if that's the issue.

What do I need to do?
